Leave the M4 at junction 28, travel north on A467 to Aberbeeg, then left onto A4046 signposted Ebbw Vale. Follow NP23 8FP for sat nav users.

Leave A465 at the Ebbw Vale exit and follow the brown tourism signs to Festival Park. Follow NP23 8FP for sat nav users.

By Bus
A local bus service the E3 serving the Ebbw Vale area also calls at the centre.

By Train
The nearest main line train station is Ebbw Vale Parkway.

Approximately 1000 free car parking adjacent to the shopping centre.

Please note, dogs are not allowed into the shopping areas at Festival Park. There are exceptions for assistance dogs only.

Shopping with Children
Parent and children parking spaces adjacent to shops. Baby changing facilities available near the Management Office and Restaurant.


Coach parking is free and conveniently positioned at the rear of the shops with setting-down points clearly marked. Coach drivers carrying at least 35 passengers and staying at least 2 hours are given a cash incentive of £20 plus a meal voucher worth £5.All you need to do is book your coach in advance by calling 01495 350010 or emailing

Facilities for the disabled
Dedicated parking spaces adjacent to the shops. Wheelchairs available free of charge from a room near the management office. All shops on one level with wide doorways for easy access. Fully equipped toilet.

A cash machine is situated near the Restaurant.
