Santa’s Frozen Christmas

Festival Park

Enjoy a visit to Santa like never before.

Santa’s Frozen Forest at Festival Park promises to be an experience you and your little ones will never forget with highlights including a 4D cinema, creative Christmas craft plus visit to see Santa and a FREE toy.

Simply spend £25 at Festival Park’s stores between Tuesday 12th November and Christmas Eve and present your tickets to the Management Centre to claim your scratch card containing your unique code which will get you two FREE tickets to Santa’s Frozen Forest. Additional tickets can also be purchased separately at a cost of just £5 per child, which includes the full experience and a FREE gift. All adults accompanying children on their visits go free.

On arrival at Santa’s Frozen Forest guests will be greeted and presented with 3D glasses and reindeer hats to commence their visit. First will be our 4D Cinema with our helpful elves on hand to show you to your seats before our magical production of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ begins.

Once the film has finished, our Elves will move you to the next room where on arrival you will be greeted by our Ice Queen. She will welcome all guests and encourage them to take a position at a table where she will then teach them how to make a very special reindeer food formula that gives them extra speed when flying through the sky. While craft is underway our Ice Queen will make her way round to each family to greet them individually and discuss what their plans are for Christmas to maximise the unique experience.

Finally, the time will have come to meet Santa himself. On arrival they will be greeted by their own names and asked what they would like for Christmas and whether they have been good this year. Father Christmas will then ask them to smile for a photo with him (inviting the family into the photo as well) before finally presenting the guest with their FREE gift.

On departure from Santa’s Frozen Forest guests will be able to purchase their photo from our kiosk.
